Do you know the names of the rotator cuff muscles, what they do, which one gets injured most often and how to help prevent potential injuries?   Do you know how your lymphatic system works and how yoga can help keep it functioning properly to enhance your immune system.   Do you know how to strengthen the muscles of the spine to support better posture?   That's where Continuing Education for Humans comes in!   We've developed an accessible education program for anyone who wants to learn more about their own bodies through the lens of yoga.  We'll dive deep into anatomy, alignment, movement and more with a variety of topics designed to help you learn everything you can to enhance your health.
