Ashtanga Yoga

In our Beginner Ashtanga class you can expect the traditional primary series Ashtanga poses in the traditional order shortened to fit into a one hour class.  This is a great class to gage progress as the poses are the same from week to week.  For those new to Ashtanga, think of this like a Slow Flow class.  We'll do sun salutations, holds, progressive poses and lot's of time for breath.

Think of myofascial release as giving yourself a massage. With the use of special tools (balls, blocks etc..), we're able to target common tight areas of the body all by ourselves by applying therapeutic pressure to the muscles and fascia, all without having to visit and pay for costly massages.

This is a technique we teach in person at Explore to help with headaches, post workout fatigue, general muscle soreness and to help recover lost mobility among other things. We also offer instructional videos on your YouTube channel so you can practice this self care technique in the comfort of your own home.

Cobra Pose

Our Vinyasa class is a hot, moderately paced, vinyasa class that will leave you feeling challenged and awesome.
