- How to incorporate proprioception in some of the muscles needed to do this challenging but accessible pose

Once you purchase the course, you'll own it.  You'll get to watch and re-watch the videos anytime you choose, as often as you want and really digest the information as opposed to feeling overwhelmed with it all being thrown at you in the course of an hour and a half in person workshop.

This is a great course for new and experienced yogi's alike.  Yoga teachers taking this course will earn 2 hours of continuing education credits with Yoga Alliance.
