Our Anatomy Inspired Yoga Teacher Training program is the perfect program for aspiring yoga teachers as well as those looking to enhance their knowledge of yoga. In this training we'll lay the groundwork for a strong foundation in teaching as well as begin to plant the seeds for a deeper learning in anatomy. Some of the topics we'll cover are listed below.
There is no pre-requisite required to take this course, only a willingness to learn. This 200HR yoga teacher training is appropriate for the serious student who would like to start teaching yoga, as well as the student who would like to deepen their own knowledge and personal practice. Our training can also be beneficial to teachers of all movement modalities as well as those who've previously taken trainings where anatomy was just briefly covered.
Our Teacher Training program is recognized by Yoga Alliance and all students who complete the program will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Level RYT.
Included in your teacher training tuition is 3 months of unlimited practice at the studio as well as a training handbook. Additional reading is required, a list of books will be sent to you one month prior to the start of training.
Additional Information & Requirements
Practice at least 30 IN PERSON classes over the course of the 3 months
At least 1 Friday Night Yoga Nidra must be attended - January 12th, February 10th or March 10th
Studio will be available to trainees to use to practice teach, study or practice on their own, it’s important that students utilize this advantage.
Trainers will be available on a limited basis outside of regular training hours for 1-1/group mentoring.
Some classroom hours/lectures will be available online and students will be expected to complete outside of our in-studio training hours.
